Vincent Payet is a molecular and cellular biologist with a PhD from the Université de Rennes I and an Executive MBA from Emlyon Business School in Lyon, France. His career has spanned the pharmaceutical industry and reproductive medicine across more than 25 countries in Latin America, Europe, and Africa.
Vincent spent over 13 years at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, a global leader in reproductive medicine, most recently as CEO of Ferring Mexico and Head of North Latin America, where he led marketing, sales, and manufacturing operations across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. As General Manager for Latin America and Puerto Rico, he built a distribution network spanning 25 countries and established new affiliates across the region, including opening a new Ferring Colombia affiliate between 2018 and 2021.
A serial entrepreneur in the fertility space, Vincent is the founder of HealthTripAdvisors and its platform FertilityDestination™, connecting international patients with certified fertility clinics across Latin America, and is a co-founder of Cryogam, Mexico's first international gamete bank. He also serves as an Elected Councilor of the France Mexico Chamber of Commerce and Industry and as an appointed Foreign Trade Advisor to the French Prime Minister.
