Julie O'Shaughnessy is President of Conceivable Life Sciences, where she leads the company's commercial, operational, and growth strategy. Over her career, she has built and scaled some of the most ambitious technology and biotechnology companies in the world, making sure their operations stayed ahead of their growth.

Before joining Conceivable, Julie served as Chief Operating Officer of Vivodyne, a frontier AI biotechnology company advancing therapeutic development, where she also sat on the company's Board of Directors and helped guide its $40 million Series A financing. Prior to Vivodyne, she architected and led operations at Resilience during a period of extraordinary growth, scaling the company to more than 3,000 employees across 14 laboratory and manufacturing sites throughout North America in fewer than three years. Earlier, at Amazon Web Services, she founded the global enterprise operations organization and later led global strategy and operations for the startup and venture-capital ecosystem, partnering with many of the world's fastest-growing technology companies. Julie began her career in investment banking in New York.

Julie currently serves as Chair of the University of New Hampshire Athletics Board and has long served on nonprofit boards, including as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for the Ali Forney Center.

She joined Conceivable because she believes that scientific innovation reaches its full potential only when paired with operational excellence. That's how breakthroughs become better outcomes and how better outcomes help more people create families.
